This silicon based anti friction Conformal Coating has wide applications in electrical, leather processing and textile industries. Viscosity of this coating material ranges between 100 MPa to 300 MPa. Light yellow in appearance, this lubricant based product is used as protective coating material for circuit boards and electronic items. Offered Conformal Coating can be used at 60 degree C to 200 degree C operating temperature range. Its formulation conforms to ROHS norms. Surface needs to be cleaned prior to its application and it needs to be applied by brush.
